The Ombuds is a confidential, independent, impartial, informal and voluntary resource where main campus undergraduate and graduate students can discuss any University-related questions, concerns and disputes. The Ombuds is here to listen respectfully without judgment, bias or prejudice to your concerns, to help clarify policies and navigate University resources, to offer informal mediations, and to explore options with you for conflict resolution. All conversations with the Ombuds are off the record.
