Hoyas! Be Heard. Take the Survey.

From February 1 to March 15, 2019, Georgetown University administered its second sexual assault and misconduct climate survey to students. The survey allows Georgetown to examine the prevalence and incidence of sexual assault and sexual misconduct occurring within the community, attitudes among students about the campus climate regarding sexual assault, and knowledge of university resources available to students.

In 2016, the university administered its first climate survey in which more than 7,900 students submitted responses which resulted in response rates of 51 percent for all survey participants and a 62 percent for undergraduate students. The average participation rate among the 27 colleges and universities who administered the same survey in 2016 year was 19 percent.
